Is There a Weapon Triangle in Fire Emblem Engage?
Table of Contents
Weapon Triangle returns to FE with the latest installment in the series. Hence, those who have not played the old games in the series will be on a back foot while in battle. The mechanic is no rocket science and it will be quite easy for you to grasp.
What is the Weapon Triangle in FE Engage?
With the Weapon Triangle, one weapon will be stronger against one and weaker than the other. So if you have to fight in battle, this is the Fire Emblem Engage Weapon Triangle that you must remember:
- Sword> Axe
- Axe> Lance
- Lance> Sword
This allows equal fighting opportunity and reduces any kind of advantage with one weapon. However, that is not all there is in FE Engage Weapon Triangle. Apart from this core triangle, Gauntlets now have an advantage over Magic, Bows, and Daggers.
Additionally, when inflicting damage with a weapon of advantage, a player can inflict a special Break Status. This will negate the ability of the defender to counterattack.
That’s all there is on the Weapon Triangle in Fire Emblem Engage. While you are here, make sure you check out our other FE Engage guides right here at Gamer Tweak.
