The Windows 10 Technical Preview released today is the build 9841 and it’s available in a number of languages and on 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Downloading the ISO files requires to register using the Microsoft’s Windows Insider Program using a Microsoft account. Though, you can download the bits directly using the links listed at the bottom of this article.
Remember that this isn’t a stable or final release, as such you shouldn’t install Windows 10 in your primary computer as it’s an unfinished product and there are bugs and things that don’t work.
