A free pc demo is available on steam where you can test the English version of Nora to Oujo to Noraneko Heart. The game brings an 18+ content blended in the form of a visual romantic novel, censored edition of The Princess, the Stray Cat, and Matters of the Heart is also available for PS4.
The PC edition of The Princess, the Stray Cat, and Matters includes a full HD Art along with leading voice actress whose voice used in original novel back in the year 2016. The current of Nora to Oujo to Noraneko Heart edition is marked as CERO 17+ on console version which is similar to 18+ rating. However the players are unhappy with the censored edition of The Princess, the Stray Cat, and Matters of the Heart, due to strict PS4 censorship policies a lot of content is trimmed to make it suitable for a mature audience.
